Returning at a BiKeR station is free. In other cases, an additional fee will apply.
Pause your ride without ending it
In the Nextbike app, you can pause your ride and lock the rear wheel - the bike stays safe, and the ride remains active. Perfect for shopping or grabbing a coffee.

Yes. BiKeR System is compatible with other Nextbike systems, which means that setting up an account in one of the systems enables the use of bike rental stations in other cities, provided that these systems allows for such a possibility.
The account is active when you have at least 10 PLN.
Make sure that you have completed the registration process, i.e. you have completed all required data in your account and clicked on the activation link that have been sent at your e-mail address.
An account may also not be active in the event of a blockade if you have not acted in accordance with the rules. In order to determine the reasons for inactivity, you can contact the 24-hour Call Center or send an inquiry using the contact form.
Go to the website or to the Nextbike mobile application and use the "FORGOT PIN" / "FORGOT PIN?" Option.
You can top up your account after logging in to our mobile application or website. Available methods of payment include, among others, payment card, bank transfer or BLIK.
In order to pair an RFID card up with Account, the User must have an open bike rental on their Account.
The Client should apply an RFID card to the reader located on the back mudguard of the rented bike.
Pairing up the card by means of the reader on the bike is possible during the initial 2 minutes post commencing bike rental.
The card will be connected with the Account. All further rentals may now take place through placing the card which has been paired up with the Account to the RFID reader of the bike.
Yes, as long as they are above 13 years of age and their parent or legal guardian grants consent for this. Such consent must be scanned and sent in an electronic/hardcopy format to the address of the operator. Sample consent is available in the TERMS OF SERVICE tab. During registration, details of the minor who will be using the system must be indicated.
Account removal instruction may be sent by email or letter.
Remember! Before you delete the account, make sure your account has a balance equal to 0 PLN. If you have unused means on the account, indicate a bank account number to which they are to be refunded.

Have you rented a bike outside of a bike station? Return the bike to any BiKeR station and we will top up your account with a bonus of 2 PLN.
Standard bike, bike with child seat, children's bike or electric bike You can return it at a BiKeR station or at any other location within the BiKeR usage zone. Please note! Returning the bike outside a station will incur an additional fee of 10 PLN.
Tandem bike You can only return it at a BiKeR station. Returning the bike outside a station will result in an additional charge.
Do not leave your bike in a hardly accessible place, such as closed parking lots by the shopping malls, closed estates, private properties. e.t.cCheck if the o-lock blockade positioning is correct – it should not touch the bike’s spoke. If it gets in the way, change the position of the rear wheel.

Information containing the number of your rented bike with a description of a defect must be passed on by means of our mobile application, contact form or through calling our 24/7 Call Center. Our maintenance crew will handle the defects as soon as possible and your Submission will allow up to react even faster!
If, during your bike rental, an accident or a collision occurs, write down a statement and/or call the Police to the site. Moreover, remember to inform our 24/7 Call Center about the event within the maximum of 24 hours from the time of its occurrence.
Has your rented bike been stolen? You must inform our Consultant immediately about such case, by calling our 24/7 Call Center
In the Nextbike mobile application:
- select PARK,
- read the instructions on the phone screen,
- close the o-lock (is located on the back wheel).
Yes, PARKING is not a bike return – the rental period is still counted.
In the Nextbike mobile application:
- open the MY RENTALS tab,
- click on OPEN LOCK,
- O-lock blockade will open automatically.

Each additional minute is charged according to the standard price list for electric bikes. For more details, see the Price List.
You can only have one active subscription plan at a time.
When renting multiple bikes at once, only the first rental is covered by the subscription. The remaining bikes are charged according to the standard price list for electric bikes.
Yes. The plan renews automatically. You can disable automatic renewal in the Nextbike app or at bikerbialystok.pl.
From the moment the payment for the plan is recorded in the Operator's account.
You can reserve a bike via the Nextbike app or on the website.
A maximum of 4 bikes at the same time.
10 minutes. After this time, the reservation is automatically cancelled and the bike becomes available to other users.
Yes, provided that you rent the bike within the reservation period. If you do not do so and do not cancel the reservation, an additional fee will be charged in accordance with the Price List.
A maximum of 2 times. An unused reservation (without rental) also counts towards this limit.
To reserve a tandem bike, contact BiKeR Customer Service.
Minimum 24 hours and maximum 72 hours before the planned rental.
Yes, no later than 60 minutes before the declared pick-up time. Failure to cancel an unused reservation will result in an additional fee in accordance with the Price List.
Only at a BiKeR station. Returning the bike outside a station is not allowed and will result in an additional fee in accordance with the Price List.
An electric bike is a bike which is equipped in an electric drive designated to support riding it. You may ride it with ease, provided that your height is between 150 and 195 cm and that you weight up to 115 kg. Remember! For your own safety, do not hang anything no the bike's frame or its other components.
You can check the battery level in two ways:
- In the Nextbike mobile app – simply open the app and click on the selected bike on the map. After selecting the bike, its current battery status will be displayed.
- By looking at the lights on the bike frame:
- 5 lights indicate the battery is 100% charged.
- 3 lights indicate about 50% charge.
Yes. If a battery is discharged during rental, you will be riding a bike as if it was a standard one. If the battery is discharged and the bike is secured with an o-lock blockade, you will not be able to rent it.
Has an engine failure occurred in the course of your bike rental? Use the safety button and disconnect the electric drive. A silver button may be found on the panel located above the rear wheel. Inform our Consultant immediately after such failure has occurred, by contacting our Customer Centre.
